Hey Guys -
We are just getting ready to release a new innovative product in LED lighting. This is a new LED strip 2.0 that is superflexible, only 5mm wide and best of all - has perpendicular LEDs to the mounting surface. This means you can tuck this in a body seam and have the light project out. Of course it has all the features of our current LED strips - water & heat resistance, 3M monting adhesive, 2 wire hookup, etc. But these are able to be cut -to-length as well! Here are some pics of it on our project HHR SS. We have it simulating the look of daytime running lights that are found on the new Audi's and set up as a flexible third brake light. ![]() You can see the development testing here : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SnEeI0FiSac Since this is still in development I cannot reveal many more details -------------------- StreetGlow SHeriff

Looks pretty good...might have just found myself some more reverse lights..maybe even parking light additions.
A few questions, though. Some may have been asked already, I just didn't see an answer. What colors will they be available in? How long are they out of the package? What kind of adhesive is used? Does the package have a Try-me function for retail applications? How well do they handle dimming? How thin is it? How long is the wire that comes from it? -Nate |

It great everyone has a lot of questions. These are still in development, so final specs are subject to change. That is one of the great things about this forum as it allows us to tailor products to the requests of our consumers.
Than being said, I can give you some specs we are looking into, before final release: They are available in several colors including: white, amber, red, blue. Lengths will be between 12" and 20" inches. Will be able to be cut to length. 3M adhesive will be adhered to the back for easy mounting. Packaging, # of pieces and wire lengths are TBA. Announcement of this product will be at SEMA, however there should be limited production before then. We are looking into specific application packages. It is great that you guys are excited about this product. But I haven't seen much feedback on where you guys would mount them??! Let us know so we can make sure they work for your anticipated placement. -------------------- StreetGlow SHeriff
